1. Who we are

This website is operated by Whipd Foods Private Limited (“Les Amis”, “we”, “us”),New 83, Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar Rd, Austin Nagar, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600028. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.

2. Orders

Orders placed through this website (takeaway, delivery, dine-in, cake orders and workshop bookings) are offers to purchase that we may accept or decline — for example when an item is unavailable or a delivery address is outside our service area. An order is confirmed only when shown as accepted on your order status page or confirmed by our team. Prices include/exclude GST as indicated at checkout; a tax invoice is available on request.

3. Cake orders

Celebration cakes and custom cakes are made to order and require the minimum notice shown when you order. Delivery areas, charges and timing are set out in our delivery policy. Custom cake orders are confirmed after our team shares a quote and the advance payment is received. Designs based on reference images are interpretations, not replicas.

4. Workshops

Workshop seats are confirmed on payment. Seats are transferable to another attendee with prior notice; cancellation terms are stated on each workshop page and in our refund policy.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. “Pay at counter”, where offered, must be settled at pickup.

6. Allergens

Our kitchen handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts (including pistachio and hazelnut), soy and sesame. Trace contact is possible in any item. Please tell us about allergies before ordering; dietary marks on the menu are indicative.

7. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai having jurisdiction.
