Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver cakes within Chennai up to 10 km by road from the café. When you enter your address, we measure the distance and tell you before you pay whether we can deliver there. We do not ship outside Chennai.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge depends on the distance and is shown on the order form before you pay; it is added to your order total. Where we can't calculate it online, we confirm the charge with you by phone or WhatsApp before the cake goes out.

When it arrives

Cakes are delivered on the date and at the time you choose when ordering. Our team confirms the order with you beforehand. Traffic or weather can occasionally cause a short delay; if that happens we will keep you informed.

Receiving your cake

Deliveries are made by our staff or a delivery partner. Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the cake, and refrigerate it on arrival. If nobody is available, we will try to reach you; if we can't, the cake returns to the café for you to collect, and a second delivery may be charged.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your cake arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you, as set out in our refund policy.

Pickup

You can always choose to collect your order from the café instead, at New 83, Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar Rd, Austin Nagar, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600028, at no charge.
